What is “Personal Information”?
“Personal Information” is personally identifiable information including your name, age, residential address and e-mail address, credit card and billing information. Publicly available information, such as business contact information or a public directory listing of your name, address, telephone number or information that is aggregated and not associated with a specific individual, including demographic information and statistics, is not considered Personal Information.
Gathering and Use of Personal Information
You understand that Personal Information provided by you through use of the Site or the Software may be collected, used, processed, transmitted, and/or disclosed by the Corporation for (a) the internal use of the Corporation and its affiliated companies, including, without limitation: (i) understanding and meeting our customers’ needs and preferences, (ii) developing new and enhancing existing services and product offerings, (iii) providing maintenance, administration, monitoring and capacity planning of the Software and (iv) managing and developing the Corporation’s business and operations; (b) communication with customers or fulfillment of authorized requests from customers; and (c) any purposes permitted or required by any applicable law. Personal Information from users is only collected and maintained as needed to fulfill the stated purposes.
Other than as required by law (for example, in response to a court order or subpoena, or to comply with local or federal regulations), or where the Corporation sells any or all of its business and/or assets to a third party, your Personal Information will not be used without your consent for any purpose, other than as described herein.
The Corporation is accountable for all Personal Information in its control. Darin Portnoff, Vice President, is the designated Privacy Manager. The Corporation abides by the provisions of the federal law, and assumes responsibility for doing so.
The Corporation makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that it limits the collection of the Personal Information on the Corporation’s lists to that which is necessary.
The Corporation will make every reasonable effort to keep Personal Information on users of the Site and the Software as up to date as possible for the defined need. You may request disclosure of your Personal Information on file with the Corporation at any time by making a request in writing to the Privacy Manager at the Corporation
The Corporation has taken steps to make sure all Personal Information received from users of the Site and the Software is as secure as possible against unauthorized access and use.
Like many other websites, the Site uses an Internet tool called a “cookie.” Cookies are small bits of data that we send to your computer to track visitor activity on the Site. This information is used to help us develop content that responds to the interests of the Site users.
Tracking IP Addresses
An IP address (Internet Protocol Address) is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are using the Internet. Web servers, the computers that “serve up” web pages, identify your computer by its IP address. The Corporation collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information on the use the Site. When you request pages from the Site, the Corporation’s servers log your IP address. The Corporation can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when it is deemed necessary to protect the Corporation’s service, site, customers, or others’ privacy from those that might abuse the rights of others.

Changes to this Policy
The Corporation reserves the right to change the Policy from time to time to address the changing needs of the Corporation’s business and/or to ensure compliance with changes in applicable privacy laws.
